Kantary 304 Hotel & Serviced Apartments is in Tha Tum, Si Maha Phot, near Prachinburi’s 304 Industrial Park. The official factsheet lists 297 units. Its room ladder runs from a 38-square-metre Deluxe to a 45-square-metre Studio, a 68-square-metre One Bedroom and a 111-square-metre Two Bedroom.
A Studio combines living and sleeping space; the One Bedroom separates them. That distinction matters more than the word suite when two people keep different working or sleeping hours. Confirm the booked category and layout before comparing rates.
Equipment and time outside the room
The factsheet lists pantry utensils, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washing machine, balcony and internet. Check which provisions apply to the chosen category, particularly for an extended stay.
Listed leisure facilities include an outdoor pool, whirlpool, fitness centre, sauna, steam room and onsen, plus golf simulation and putting. Orchard Restaurant, Cafe Kantary 304 and an executive lounge with refreshments provide additional places to eat or pause. Confirm access conditions and opening times when a particular facility determines the booking.
What guests noticed in practice
Abdulraman, reviewing a Studio stay on 14 May 2025, praised the large, well-equipped gym, spacious clean accommodation and firm king mattress. The guest considered the pool useful for lap swimming. Their own pool measurement should not be treated as a hotel specification.
Breakfast was less convincing to that guest than the rest of the stay. Juiteng’s review of 1 January 2025, following a December 2024 Studio stay, liked breakfast and location but reported dirty carpet. Together, the accounts show why room condition and breakfast expectations are worth checking separately from the extensive facilities list.
