More space than a single hotel room

GIB Apartment is at 49/32 Soi Sri Luck Muang 3, Nai Mueang, Surin. A listed Deluxe Apartment measures 40 square metres and accommodates three guests. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking appear in the property information. Confirm the category and sleeping arrangement rather than assuming all apartments have the same configuration.

Kannika stayed four nights in a category identified as a Two Rooms Suite and reviewed on 26 August 2025. Nearby food, a park, a hospital and convenience stores were positives for that guest. The account supports a practical town stay, without making the suite and Deluxe Apartment interchangeable.

The layout is a recurring attraction

Dee’s review dated 21 May 2021 appreciated a kitchen and sofa bed separated from the bedroom, along with covered parking and helpful staff. Stephen, reviewing on 4 December 2023, likewise valued having an apartment rather than just a room and found the host accommodating.

The separate living area is a recurring attraction; match its equipment and layout to the actual unit offered.

Sleep comfort draws different reactions

Clive’s 1 November 2024 account praised clean, spacious accommodation and its facilities, but found mattress springs uncomfortable and reported dogs barking overnight. Dee had found the firm bed comfortable during her earlier visit. Their different reactions are a useful reminder that firmness and comfort are personal.

For GIB Apartment, the strongest reason to book is the apartment arrangement and useful Surin town location. Ask about the bed and position of the available unit if sleep is a priority; a dated noise report identifies a question rather than proving a continuing problem.
