A villa arrangement for sharing
Karon Beach Walk Villa’s historical appeal centres on two-bedroom villas with private pools. In May 2016, tini_shaher described a family group of fourteen using adjacent villas. The welcome included an orientation, maps and beach supplies. That experience suggests a possible option for relatives wanting to stay near one another, but adjoining accommodation requires a specific booking request.
The same account cautioned that staff were not present around the clock. Establish the arrival procedure and an after-hours contact before choosing a late flight connection. Beach bags, towels and minibar contents mentioned in that stay are historical inclusions rather than current promises.
Consider the walk back from the beach
Merja’s Agoda review of 8 November 2016 described villa 13 as spacious for four adults, with a private pool in a residential setting uphill from the beach. Helpful management and delivered breakfast were highlights. The individual villa number matters: space and outlook in that unit should not automatically be assigned to every option.
An uphill return is worth considering for guests who expect repeated beach trips or have difficulty with gradients. Ask for the precise walking route and current transport arrangements. Likewise, confirm whether breakfast delivery still operates and whether it is included in the selected rate.

Condition deserves a direct question
A separate Tripadvisor pool-feature account identifying a November 2019 stay complained about worn finishes and a broken pool deck despite cleanliness. This is a dated warning, not evidence that the same defect remains. Request recent photographs and confirmation of deck condition before treating the pool as the deciding feature.
The strongest case for this property is a group wanting separate bedrooms and its own swimming space. Current condition, bedroom arrangement and support hours deserve confirmation because the substantive guest accounts are historical.
