Near Coconut Beach, with space to settle in

Coconut Homes Khao Lak is at 68/2 Moo 2, Khukkak, in the Laem Pakarang area. It is near Coconut Beach rather than directly on the beachfront. The attraction is a small accommodation setting where gardens and a shared pool can form part of the day between outings.

The older official website describes two-bedroom houses sleeping four, with air-conditioned bedrooms, a hot shower, kitchen, living room and veranda. That layout could suit a family wanting separate sleeping and living areas, but current categories may differ. Confirm the bedrooms and kitchen of the actual house or bungalow offered.

A pool and café setting

Booking lists family bungalows with private bathrooms, alongside the pool, gardens, bicycles and parking. These are property facilities, not evidence that an individual bungalow has a private pool. The official Coconut Café description features coffee, homemade cake, snacks and cocktails.

In his review dated 28 December 2025, Simon liked clean, tidy bungalows, large beds, the children’s pool, gardens and free bicycles. Having a car helped his family get around. The account supports the property’s family appeal while underlining that its location needs to fit your transport plans.

Arrival and low-season tradeoffs

Caitlin’s 8 July 2026 review liked the quiet pool and sunbeds but reported that the room was not ready on arrival; staff resolved the problem quickly. Roisin, reviewing on 17 August 2025, appreciated a spacious cabin but reported shower electrics tripping, low water pressure and no card payment.

Claudine’s 18 August 2024 account described a closed restaurant in low season and confusion on arrival despite a reservation, with staff fixing the issues. Those dated experiences make arrival coordination, payment method and seasonal dining availability concrete questions to settle.

Coconut Homes is most compelling when the exact accommodation provides the space your party needs and the garden-and-pool setting is part of the appeal. Confirm food arrangements for your season, and distinguish the older two-bedroom house description from whichever category is currently bookable.
